Step 1: Select the flowers/item you would like to send. You can choose the item by checking out flowers under different categories. Once selected click the “BUY” product.

Step 2: Read the product description. Select the additional product you would like to send along with it and click “ADD to CART” button.

Step 3: Once selected you will see the final cart with total amount to be verified. Go ahead with
the “Checkout” button.

Step 4: Checkout page is very important.Carefully fill all the details, select the date of delivery and the message you would like to send. Once it done all details press “Review Order” button.

Step 5: Verify the details and proceed to “Submit Order”.

Step 6: Select the payment mode and complete the payment on a secured payment gateway.

We accept Credit cards (Dinner club, Visa and Master cards), debit cards, net banking and Itz cash card for the payments. We donot accept cash for transactions.

We do delivery in the listed cities only, but still if you would like to place any order for any other city, then please call us at our customer care no. or you can send us an e-mail at care@onlineflowersgift.com. we will try our best to deliver your product.


No, You  will not be charged for the shipping if your city lies in the delivery cities on our website., except in the case where delivery location is outside the city limits.

Yes, we do delivery in Sunday and all public holidays except under uncontrollable conditions like bad weather or civil disorder like bandhs.

We will send you a confirmation e- mail once your order will delivered otherwise, you can login in Onlineflowersgift account to check the status of your order.

Order cancellation is possible but for the same you will have to confirm us 24 hours before the delivery date. To cancel an order, please write us an email specifying your order number from the email id which have been used for placing the order.
